Noble Garden Tours are continuing!

Organized by Kirsty and Paige, hosted by Paige and Sean, Noble Garden Tours day trips will continue to offer the same quality experiences you’ve become accustomed to. Paige Bouzaglou is my wonderful travel agent and owner of Wandering Gosling travel agency in Red Bank. Sean Mirando is one of Colonial Nursery’s garden gurus and passionate garden educator. They are the local hosts for my US day tours, making sure everything runs smoothly on the day and you have a blast! Charles will be driving our trips as usual. A very big thank you as well to Dan who kindly agreed to Colonial Nursery continuing as our tour departure hub!

Be transported to a miniature winter wonderland as model trains zip through an enchanting display of more than 175 New York landmarks, each delightfully re-created from natural materials such as birch bark, lotus pods, acorns, and cinnamon sticks. Marvel at G-scale locomotives humming past replicas of familiar sights such as the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, and Rockefeller Center on nearly a half-mile of track. This year’s exhibition showcases Central Park, with new replicas of its iconic architectural features, including Belvedere Castle, the Dairy, and more—all presented in a uniquely immersive special exhibition space adjacent to the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory.

Your day starts with a pick up at Colonial Nursery with morning coffee & pastries on the bus. We head to the Bronx & the New York Botanical Garden.  Your ticket includes entry to The Holiday Train Show, all open garden areas and a narrated tram ride.

Getting to Colonial Do not use the GPS - it will put you on the Parkway. Coming from Red Bank or Half Mile Rd: continue along West Front St. Go over the military road and train tracks and the entrance is on your right. Coming East from Holmdel or Colts Neck: continue along West Front St. Go through Middletown-Lincroft Road and keep going until you see the Parkway going overhead. The entrance is on your left just after the parkway. Look for Dan’s new large wooden signs! Call 732-530-3838 for directions.
